Abbey Wood station is fully accessible and has step-free access to all platforms. They have accessible ticket machines, a height-adjustable ticket office counter, an induction loop system, ramps for train boarding, and accessible toilets (although located on the paid side of the barrier). Staff are available to assist you from the first to last train. While there is no dedicated waiting room, there are general seating areas throughout the station.
