Custom House station is a transportation hub in London for two key lines: the Elizabeth Line and the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). The Elizabeth line opened in 2022, and it provides east-west connections across the city and beyond. The DLR station has been operational since earlier and is conveniently named “Custom House for ExCeL” due to its proximity to the ExCeL exhibition center.

This station is mostly accessible to people with impaired mobility. There is step-free access to the platform, a ramp for train access, and wheelchairs are available for loan. However, there are no accessible toilets or waiting rooms. Additionally, there is no designated pick-up/drop-off point for taxis or a dedicated staff member to assist with getting to and from the station.
